TITLE--PARADE OR NO PARADE...

The South Side Irish Parade, a popular event, has been ceased running since after 2009 because of some people got drunk and used violence to others in the parade, but the parade committee's application for the March 11 in this year is submitting at the moment, therefore, attention must be paid to their activities. Mayor Rahm Emanuel's administration set forth this week for reason of the parade committee’s security plan is sparse the contents, they will reach the conclusion that it is not permitted of implementation. On the other sides, Joseph Connelly, who leads the parade committee, said he expects that his group will be able to run a "safe, family-friendly" event. Although the parade committee has been affiliated with a prominent security company, the contract for parade-day security has not been determined yet, Connelly said. This is only decision of one sponsor is City Beverage.

I think it is so sorry that the parade has stopped by an immoral act, and I want the parade committee to revive the parade again, if it's possible. However, it seems that  they haven't been established the plan for safety is presented by the committee at this stage. For considering the safety of citizens, I think I want them to draw a conclusion for everyone can be satisfy about the plan eventually.
