Title of the article: Food for Hawt -Can what you
eat spice things up between the sheets?
In honor of Valentine’s Day
food chemist Kantha Shelke helped develop a menu of what she termed “lust-have
foods” with qualities that could help boost your sex life.
Romance-inspiring dishes
have been part of human lore for centuries, from the truffles prizes by
ancient Greeks and Romans to the death by chocolate cake you can get today in
Chicago.
The foods-aphrodisiacs, you
might call them- are said to inspire
physical reactions that get men and women in the mood for love, improve their
staying power in bed or make them just plain sexier.
In my opinion the food, in
general, not only in Valentine’s Day is an important part in our lives for keep
us happy, relaxed, healthy, with energized and focus, this is a power medicine.
Actually, I believe if we only know very well the properties of all aliments,
we can have an excellent control of our bodies and we will keep us healthy all
the time.
But talking specifically in
this special day of course we can have a very romantic moment with our partners
only with a special meal created with different ingredients like the
chocolates, wine, avocados, oysters, peppers, caviar, and others.
Well please especially for
the guys don’t forget the small details in a relationship can keep a happy
woman, still if you are not an expert in the art of cook, Just try it! Not only
in Valentine’s Day. Any day is good for show your love :)
