PAGE NUMBER: 6
DAT PUBLISHED:March 15, 2012
AUTHOR NAME:March 15, 2012

SUMMARY:    Former Gov. Rod Blagojevich is serving a 14yr sentence for corruption at a federal low-security prison near Denver. He said Wednesday that he was honored to serve as governor of Illinois and thanked the people of the state as he began his “dark and hard journey.” He was convicted of 18 criminal counts.
MY OPINION:  I think it’s about time our leaders learned to be selfless for the good of America. At least some past leaders including our former governor serve as example to upcoming and current leaders. The Rule of Law applies to all.

TITLE--SMOKING REPORT SOUNDS ALARM

Smoking American's youth is increasing every year, and then it has reached epidemic proportions. Among high school seniors, one in four is a regular cigarette smoker, and few high school smokers are able to quit, some 80 percent will continue the habit as adults. Today, an estimated 3,800 kids pick up their first cigarette every day, and nine in 10 current smokers started before the age of 18.  They may be possible contract a disease such as lung cancer and heart disease.

I think that is uncomfortable situations. I can't understand why they smoke. It is well known that smoking is bad for our health. I have watched an Indonesian baby on TV, still two year-old, smokes a cigarette with an practiced hand. I thought that his parents need to prepare for future risk for their baby, and American's children smokers must know well about risky actions.

TERROR AT OHIO SCHOOL

PAGE NUMBER--3.
DATE PUBLISHED--2/28/2012.
AUTHOR'S NAME--UNKNOWN.
TITLE--TERROR AT OHIO SCHOOL

The shooting incident occured when breakfast was being served at the Chardon High School cafeteria of the small town Ohio. At least one student died and four others were injured. The gunman who is one of students was in custody in the case but has not been identified because of his age, officials said. Although a witness described the shooter as an outcast who apparently had been bullied by others, It's unclear at the moment whether the gunman had specific targets in mind when he began opening fire.

I think I'm sad and awful because there are sometimes such incidents. If this is really an indiscriminate slaughter, the suspect will need to atone for a crime. However, if the shooter had been bullied by other students in fact, he might be the injured party also. In any case, I hope nobody hurts one another.
